ROSEN Full Automatic Ice Storages and Rake Systems are a perfect combination with Ice Plants, where specific quantities of ice can be stored for a specific period of time and discharged on demand and to meet demand peaks. The entire daily capacity of the ice factory can be discharged in a short time during production. Even excess production capacity will fill the ice storage and will not be lost.
Full Automatic Ice Storages and Rake Systems are equipped with a full automatic rake and conveyor system as well as an air cooling unit. They are produced prefabricated in a double-walled insulated container. The size of the ice tank depends on its holding capacity. There are two types of storage capacity: Mobile and Modular. This means that all containerized ice plants from ROSEN are perfectly suitable for placement in Mobile and Modular Ice Storage.
After the installation of the ice plant and the electricity and water connection are completed, the ice storage and ice delivery system becomes ready for use.
